Dreams Service and Suppliers, Jaipur has declared a set of terms and conditions attached with our delivery services. Kindly go through our term & conditions to ensure a surprising start with us. By using this site the user finally accepts the terms mentioned below and/or elsewhere in the site.

1.       Delivery will be made only to Jaipur.

2.       Dreams Service and Suppliers is not responsible for the quality of any branded items. The respective Brand owners will be responsible for the quality of products. We only provide you the facility to lodge a complaint on them through our website.

3.       Cake orders for the early morning are not accepted as fresh cakes are only available after 10 am. So cakes can only be delivered after this time.

4.       The products/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind and Dreams Service and Suppliers; Jaipur disclaims all or any of them. Any warranties or After sales services if any offered by the manufacturers/vendors on any product shall be serviced directly by such manufacturer/Vendor and Dreams Service and Suppliers shall not be under any obligation to ensure compliance or handle complaints.

5.      Flower shown in the arrangements here are only for the indicative purpose. The actual product may differ due to seasonal and local constraints. We therefore may substitute the flowers shown in site, ensuring full or higher value of the products.

6.        If perishable items like flowers, cake, sweets and various other hand delivered items are not available in the respective city or town, we shall substitute those with similar gift items of equal quality and price value.

7.       Delivery on time depends on the distance and location, varying from same day to delivery within 3 business days.

8.       We reserve all rights to reschedule the delivery date and time in case of extreme weather conditions, bandh, strike and non-availability of branded products.

9.       Guarantee of delivery on specified day is there but there is no guarantee of fixed time.

10.   The complaint against quality is to be raised within 48 hours of delivery with order no., date and time of delivery, address and contact number (same as that given at the time of placing order).

11.    The complaint against quality of sweets, cake and other perishable items needs to be raised within 24 hours for delivery time.

12.   The above mentioned clause no 10 & 11 are not applicable for non-availability of recipient, wrong address and contact number.

13.  All perishable items are considered to be delivered if the recipient or any representative is not available at the time of delivery. However we will always try to intimate the recipient on phone of the delivery time prior the delivery.

14.    If no date of delivery is specified at the time of placing an order, we shall dispatch and deliver the order within 24 hours.

15.   Cancellation of an order is needed to be done 24 Hours before the date of delivery or the date of shipment. However in all such cases amount equal to the bank charges will be deducted.

16.  We reserve all the rights to refuse delivery of any order without providing any reason whatsoever to the customer. However, the amount is fully refunded in such cases.

17.   All orders including midnight orders if received after 4 PM shall normally be processed as next day orders. However we will try our best to deliver the same day.

18.  The logos and trademark of the products displayed on our site solely belong to the respective brand or companies and we are in no way associated with any dispute regarding the same.

19.    No claim except those of refund is entertained in any case. The refund claims are only considered if raised within specified time span.
